How to Carry a Human

In this video, Instructors and Personal Trainers Chris Ascher and Pablo Camargo are demonstrating some options to carry another person. Being able to carry a human body over a distance is a requisite skill for Fire, Police, and Military Personnel. Loaded carries are also one of five basic human movements.  All of our personal trainers focus on these five movements: pushing, pulling, hinging, equating, and carrying to order to develop a well-rounded, highly functional body that can perform and remain healthy for the long-haul.
