Dragon Gym's women only boot camp focuses on the key components of fitness.
Losing weight, strengthening the core and building lean muscle tone. During each class the workouts consist of high and low intensity exercises, focusing on full body movements to generate more calorie and fat burn.
Each class varies on many different forms of exercise such as:
Plyometrics:
A type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements. Plyometrics are designed to improve muscular power, endurance and explosiveness.
Olympic Bar Training:
Many people associate Olympic Bar training with body builders but that is far from the truth. In the women's only boot camp we train you how to properly use the Olympic bar in a high repetition workout to engage and strengthen multiple muscle groups as well as strengthen the core.
Dumbbells:
Throughout the various workouts there are dumbbells incorporated into the workouts to isolate target muscle groups and problem areas. Again, we make sure to teach you proper form to allow the weight to transfer correctly to the right muscle groups and to keep little to no improper stress to the joints.

- Small class setting so each individual can be payed close attention to insure proper form and technique.
- Comfortable atmosphere, without the worry of being watched by other peers
- Everyone is motivated and encouraged to work out at their own fitness level and pace. With may forms of modification exercises available if needed.
Each session will have a fun and friendly atmosphere starting with a warm up, ending with a cool down and becoming progressively more challenging from week to week. Workouts will utilize a variety of training modalities including kickboxing, Kettlebells, barbells and bodyweight mobility movements.
