Starting Classes in a Muay Thai Kickboxing Program can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. Listen to this short interview with Sami. She started Muay Thai Classes right here at DGMT in Exton. Although she was a little scared at first, she is now a successful Muay Thai competitor and helps coach / instruct beginners too! Recently, Sami, along with Coach Lonnie, traveled to Italy for the WKA world championships and brought home the Silver medal.

Although we have some competitive fighters at DGMT. Our Muay Thai kickboxing program is not just about fighting. In fact, most of our students don't compete. They are here to learn the martial art of Muay Thai, get in shape, look better, feel better and make some great friends.
